Ozi-licious Fluffy Pancakes



6 1/3 cups all purpose unbleached flour


2 tablespoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons salt

1/3 cups granulated sugar



Measure all ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer. Stir to combine. Store in airtight containers before using.

Instant Recipe:

2 cups pancake mix

1 large egg

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 cup water

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Fry on lightly greased griddle until golden brown.

Instant Waffle Recipe:

2 cups mix

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 1/4 cups cold water 

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour onto preheated and greased waffle iron and cook as desired.

1 cup crunchy almond spread

¾ cup desiccated coconut

½ cup chocolate protein powder

½ cup muesli

¼ cup Ozi Choice Skim Milk Powder

¼ cup dried craisins/cranberries

1 cup of chocolate melts

Extra coconut to cover.


  • 1.Line a slice tray with baking paper 
  • 2.Combine almond spread and honey 
  • 3.Mix dry ingredients in a bowl 
  • 4.Add almond and honey mix to dry ingredients until combined.  
  • 5.Turn mixture into slice tray and spread 
  • 6.Press and flatten mixture until evenly spread through tray. 
  • 7.Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • 8.Place chocolate uncovered in microwave for 2- 3 minutes, stir every 30 seconds, until melted. 
  • 9.Pour melted chocolate over slice and spread evenly with a knife.  
  • 10.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 11.Turn out tray, remove baking paper and cut bars into 4cm by 5cm pieces.
  • 12.Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
  • Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator. Recipe makes approx. 18 bars.

Prep 25 minutes; Makes 30.

1 cup Smooth Peanut butter

½ cup of honey

1 cup of desiccated coconut

½ cup chocolate protein powder

½ cup of oats

¼ cup of cocoa

¼ cup Ozi Choice Skim Milk Powder

Desiccated coconut, extra, for rolling

  • 1.COMBINE the peanut butter and honey.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl,
  • add the peanut butter mix and stir to combine.
  • Turn out and knead briefly until smooth.
  • 2.SHAPE tablespoons worth into balls and roll
  • in extra coconut. Chill until firm. Store in an
  • airtight container until required.








Ozi ANZAC Oat Cookies with Coconut Milk Chocolate



(makes about 18 sandwiched cookies)
2/3 cup (about 140g) brown sugar
100g unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk powder (Ozi Choice Full Cream Milk Powder)
1 1/4 cups plain flour (about 180g), sifted
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup dessicated coconut

For the chocolate:
1/2 cup (125ml) full-fat coconut milk
150g dark chocolate, chopped up into small pieces



Preheat the oven to 160. C.

 Set two baking trays with baking paper.

 Place sugar and butter in a bowl! Beat on high!

 Add egg and continue beating until combined.

 Mix together Ozi Choice milk powder, plain flour, baking powder, rolled oats and coconut in a separate bowl.

 Add dry mixture with the mixer on low, beat until all combined.

 Roll teaspoon of dough into balls and press flat on prepared trays.

 Cover tray with plastic wrap.

 Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.

 Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

 Prepare the chocolate while the cookies cool; place chopped chocolate in a medium sized bowl.

 Heat coconut milk gradually on a medium-low heat in a small saucepan until the mixture starts to bubble and steam, about 5-10 mins.

 Remove from the heat and pour hot coconut milk over the chocolate. Leave to sit for 5 minutes while the chocolate melts. Using a whisk, mix together until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

 Place in the fridge until the mixture starts to thicken up, about 15 minutes.

 Spoon on to biscuits and sandwich together.

Ozi Choice Ice Cream Delight with Cinnamon 


Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Makes 4 servings






For The Apple-cinnamon Flavouring 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder

For The Ice-cream 2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk Ozi Choice Full Cream Milk Powder
1 cup fresh cream



For the ice-cream
  1. Put the milk and sugar to boil in a pan and simmer till the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Remove from the fire, add the Ozi Choice Full Cream milk powder and whisk well. Cool completely.
  3. Add the cream and mix well.
  4. Pour into shallow containers, cover and freeze till slushy.

For the apple-cinnamon flavouring
  1. Combine all the ingredients with ¼ cup of water and simmer till the apples are soft. Cool completely.

How to proceed
  1. Transfer the ice-cream to a blender and blend till it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the apple-cinnamon flavouring and mix well.
  3. Freeze until firm. Scoop and serve.

Healthy Ozi Tootie Fruity Smoothy 





  • 3cups peeled chopped apples or 3 cups bananas or 3 cups strawberries or 3 cups mangoes (or use any other fresh, frozen, unsweetened or canned fruit, drained)
  • 1 1⁄3cups  Ozi Choice Skim milk powder (or Senior Formula)
  • 1⁄2cup water
  • 1⁄2cup ice cube
  • 2tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract




  1. Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve!
